How to Purchase and Set Up a Zibster Mailbox

A branded email address such as info@yourdomain.com helps you look professional, builds trust with clients, and keeps your business communication aligned with your brand. Zibster Mailbox allows you to purchase and set up a custom email address using your domain.

This guide walks you through purchasing a Zibster Mailbox and configuring your branded email address step by step.

Important Notes

Mailbox purchases are non-refundable once registered.
Once an email address is created, it cannot be changed. If you need a different address later, a new Mailbox purchase is required.

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on MAILBOX in the menu.

STEP THREE

Purchase Your Mailbox

Choose the number of mailboxes you need.

Pricing options:

$6/month per email address, or
$72/year per email address (pricing may vary based on your membership type)

Complete the purchase.

After purchasing, you will see a confirmation screen with an option to configure your new mailbox.

STEP FOUR

Configure Your New Mailbox

Enter the following information:

First Name
Last Name
New Email Address (for example, yourname@yourdomain.com)
Retype Email Address
Password
Retype Password

Zibster Mailbox Password Requirements

Must be at least 8 characters long
Must contain at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Special character or space

Click SUBMIT to save your mailbox configuration.

Helpful Notes

Each mailbox is a separate email address (for example, info@, hello@, or support@).
Double-check spelling before submitting your email address. Once created, it cannot be edited.
If your domain is hosted with a third-party provider, required MX records must be added before the email becomes active.
Once configured, you can access your mailbox through webmail or connect it to an email client such as Apple Mail or Outlook.
Additional setup steps may be required for third-party email clients.
