To check your virtual credit balance click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right corner of your control panel and click on ACCOUNT then mouse over ACCOUNT DETAILS and select VIRTUAL CREDIT.

The virtual credit balance will be displayed.

You can earn virtual credit with our Refer A Friend program by referring new customers to Zibster. If you won a prize or were given a gift card, you can also add virtual credit to your account by entering a gift card code and then clicking APPLY.
