What is my Account ID?

Your Zibster Account ID is a unique identification number specific to your account. You can find it in the top right corner of your control panel.

For verification purposes, you'll be asked to provide your Account ID each time you call for assistance. Additionally, you'll need to provide the first and last name on the account and the 4 digit pin for your account.
