If you would like to duplicate fields for your custom form you can easily do so from your control panel. This is great if you need to copy a custom field to modify the information without creating a new field.
To begin, click on the icon for FORMS and choose FORM EDITOR.
Click on your selected form name to access your form fields.
Click on the PENCIL icon to the right of the field you wish to duplicate.
Choose the option for COPY.
This will add the copy of the field at the bottom of your added fields. You can move the form field by dragging up to your preferred location.
You can click on the title of the field to rename the copied form.
