When using the Zibster Form & Contract Builder, you may want to be notified via email anytime you receive a submission. The platform will send your notification emails to the email address you use to log into your account by default. If you prefer to use a different email or multiple emails for your form submission notifications, it is quick and easy to update.
PRO TIP!
Be sure to log into the email address that you are using for form submission notifications and add emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com to your contact list. This will ensure you don't miss any notification emails that come from your website.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Select the form you wish to set custom email notifications for.
STEP THREE
Click on the gear icon toward the top right corner and select settings.
STEP FOUR
Under Email Notification, enter your email address and click on save changes at the bottom of the page.
Important Note: You can enter multiple email addresses here for notifications, simply separate them with a comma if you need notifications sent to more than 1 email address.
