How do I reset my Mailbox password?

You can easily reset the password for your Zibster Mailbox within your account. This guide will walk you through the steps of resetting the password for your mailbox.

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click on "Mailbox" in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on the email address for which you want to reset the password.

FINAL STEP

Enter your new password, retype it for confirmation, and click "Save Changes" to update your password.

The password requirements for Zibster Mailbox are as follows:

  • Must be at least 8 characters long
  • Must contain 3 of the following:
    • Uppercase letter
    • Lowercase letter
    • Number
    • Special character or space
