How do I send an email marketing campaign?

The Zibster Website Package includes 10,000 monthly marketing emails, allowing you to connect with your lists, leads, followers, and clients. This guide will walk you through the process of sending an email marketing campaign using your Zibster account.

 
 

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click on MARKETING in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

In the Email Campaigns area, select the campaign you want to send, or create a new campaign if necessary.

STEP THREE

Now it’s time to add your content! Upload images, adjust your layout, and write your message to match the purpose of your email.

STEP FOUR

Click on the Send button located at the top right of the email campaign interface.

STEP FIVE

You need to specify the recipients for your email campaign using two sections:

  • Select Contacts
  • Exclude Contacts

Select Contacts

Choose the recipients from the following options:

All Contacts: Send the email to your entire contact database.

By Type: Select contacts based on their type—customers, leads, vendors, or any combination. Customers are those who have made purchases, leads are those who have submitted a form, and vendors are those specifically designated as such.

By Tag: Choose contacts by tag. Tags can be manually assigned or automatically applied via forms.

Custom: Enter a custom list of email addresses. If an email address is not already in your contact list, a new contact will be created. You can also import a large list of emails.

Exclude Contacts

Exclude contacts to ensure certain tags or types are omitted from the email list. For example, if targeting leads, you can exclude customers and vendors. Unsubscribed or bounced email addresses will be excluded automatically.

FINAL STEP

Complete Sender Information

Before sending, configure the following options:

  • From Name: The name that will appear as the sender.
  • From Email Address: The email address where replies will be directed.
  • Email Subject: The subject line of your email.


Check the box to confirm that all recipients have consented to receive your email.

Click on the send button to push out your email campaign to the list of contacts you're marketing to.

After sending, Zibster will process your campaign, and you will have access to a tracking report showing the performance of your email.
