The Zibster Form & Contract builder will capture and store any submissions your visitors or clients send you. You can opt to have a copy of the email submission automatically sent out to the email address of the person submitting it so they have a copy of it in their inbox after the submission is sent to you.
If you need to send a copy of a previous form submission from the past or print off a hard copy of a form submission for your records, the Document View will give you the perfect option. This guide will walk you through finding your document view for your form submissions.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on the FORMS option in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SUBMISSIONS at the top of the Form Editor section of your Zibster control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the FORM NAME you need to access the submissions for.
STEP FOUR
Click on the submission you'd like open to see the details and document view for.
STEP FIVE
Click on the DOCUMENT VIEW button to open the formatted form submission.
Pro Tip: If you're using the Digital Signature field in your forms, this will also contain that for your records.
Each submission will have it's own, unique address to view it or share with your clients. The Document View for your form submission will include your branding at the top and in the footer as well as the completed form submission that came from your client.
