How to Delete Account Notifications in Zibster
Zibster automatically captures and stores all account notifications to ensure you always have a record of your client interactions. Each time you receive a submission through your Zibster website—including Forms & Contracts, Mood Boards, Scheduler, ECommerce, Quotes & Invoices, Conversations, and Blog Comments—a notification is stored in your account and an email is sent to your inbox.
This guide will walk you through how to delete an account notification from your Zibster control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on the Notifications bell at the top right of your control panel.
STEP TWO
A right-side menu will open, displaying all of your account notifications.
STEP THREE
Check the box next to each notification you’d like to delete from your control panel.
FINAL STEP
Confirm that you’d like to delete the notifications you’ve selected.
Additional Notes

This process only removes the notification from the Notifications panel.

Any associated submission details remain available within the feature they originated from (such as your Form & Contract Builder, Mood Boards, Scheduler, or ECommerce tools).

Deleted notifications are permanently removed from the Notifications list and cannot be recovered.
