How to Export Email Marketing Tracking Data from Zibster

Overview

Your Zibster Website Package includes 10,000 marketing emails each month, giving you a powerful way to promote your services, share blog posts, announce special offers, and stay connected with your contacts.

After you send an email campaign, Zibster lets you review campaign tracking data so you can see how your contacts interacted with your message. You can view details such as total recipients, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces. You can also export specific tracking lists as .CSV files for reporting, analysis, or follow-up marketing.

This guide walks you through how to view and export email marketing tracking data in Zibster.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have already sent at least one email marketing campaign from your Zibster account.

Tracking data is only available after a campaign has been sent. Some results, such as opens and clicks, may continue updating as contacts interact with your email.

STEP ONE

Log in to your Zibster account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.

This opens your Marketing Dashboard, where you can create email campaigns, manage contacts, review tracking, and access other marketing tools.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Marketing control panel, click TRACKING.

The Tracking section allows you to review performance data for your marketing activity.

STEP THREE

Use the dropdown menu to select Email Campaigns, then click RUN SEARCH.

This will display tracking results for your email marketing campaigns.

STEP FOUR

Review the campaign tracking results displayed on the page.

Your results may include key performance details such as:

Send Date

Name / Subject

Contacts

Opens

Clicks

Unsubscribed

Bounced

To view detailed stats for a specific campaign, click the Send Date or Name / Subject for that campaign.

STEP FIVE

Inside the campaign tracking details, click the data field you want to export.

Available export options may include:

Total Recipients

Opened

Clicked

Unsubscribed

Bounced

Each option exports the related contact list for that specific campaign activity.

FINAL STEP

Click EXPORT to download the selected tracking data as a .CSV file.

The exported file will save to your computer’s default download folder. You can use this file for reporting, reviewing campaign performance, analyzing engagement, or importing contact data into another tool when needed.

Helpful Notes

Exporting tracking data is useful when you want to review which contacts engaged with a campaign, follow up with contacts who clicked a link, or keep a record of campaign performance.

A .CSV file can usually be opened with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.

If you plan to use exported tracking data for follow-up marketing, make sure you follow email marketing best practices and avoid contacting people who have unsubscribed from your marketing emails.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Why do I not see tracking data for my campaign?

Tracking data appears after an email campaign has been sent. If the campaign was just sent, allow time for contacts to receive, open, and interact with the email.

Can I export all tracking data at once?

Tracking exports are based on the data field you select, such as Total Recipients, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, or Bounced. Choose the specific field you want to export for the campaign.

Where does the exported file go?

The .CSV file downloads to your computer’s default download folder unless your browser is set to ask where downloads should be saved.

Can I use exported tracking data to resend a campaign?

Yes. Exported tracking data can help you identify contacts who opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced, or received a campaign. For example, you may use tracking data and contact tags to help send a follow-up campaign to a specific group of contacts.
