In Zibster Mailbox, managing unwanted emails is straightforward. If you receive an email that you suspect is spam, you can easily mark it as such to improve your mailbox's filtering capabilities. To do this, simply open the email and click on the "Mark as Spam" button. This action will move the email to your spam folder and help Zibster's system recognize similar emails in the future, enhancing the overall effectiveness of your spam filter. By actively marking unwanted emails as spam, you contribute to a cleaner inbox and a more efficient email experience.
STEP ONE
Log into your inbox via webmail at https://mailbox.zibster.com
Important Note: This login will be your email address and password you set up for your Mailbox and may be different from what you use to log into your Zibster account.
STEP TWO
Click on the email message that you believe is spam. You can drag the message to the spam folder in the inbox, or click on the "More" button and choose "Mark as Spam" to flag the sender and message as spam and remove it from your inbox.
