How To Set Up Payjunction as a Merchant

Zibster ECommerce integrates with PayJunction as a merchant to allow you to accept credit/debit card payments for your ECommerce, Scheduler, Invoicing, Forms, and Store. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up your PayJunction account as one of your payment methods in your eCommerce control panel.

Please Note: Zibster is not affiliated with PayJunction. For any questions regarding fees, rates, refunds, or other PayJunction account-specific information, please contact PayJunction directly.

If you need to issue a refund for a transaction processed by PayJunction, you will need to log into your PayJunction account and issue the refund directly from there.


STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and access the ECommerce section of your control panel.

STEP TWO

Mouse over PAYMENT at the top-center of your ECommerce control panel and click MERCHANTS in the drop-down menu. 

STEP THREE

Click on the New Merchant button. Stripe is the default merchant type, but you can change to PayJunction by clicking the drop-down menu and choosing PayJunction.

Choose PayJunction and complete the required fields to add your PayJunction account information:

  • Payment Name: Best practice is to put "Credit/Debit Card".
  • Login: Enter your PayJunction login information.
  • Password: Enter your PayJunction password.

Please make sure to use your Quick Link login information.

  • Accepted Credit Cards: Choose which card types you accept (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club).
  • Active For: Choose which portions of your Zibster account PayJunction is available to use for payment processing.
  • Special Instructions: Add any special instructions for your customers at checkout.
  • Thank You Message: Use this section to input a thank you message for your customers. This will display once they've completed their payment and appear on the receipt for their order.

Click the Add Merchant button to make PayJunction active as your merchant.

Need PCI Compliance Info?

To download your certificate:

  1. Go to your Merchant settings.

  2. Click on the PCI Certificate link.

This certificate can be used if a client, bank, or institution requests proof of PCI compliance.
