How to Add an HTML Block to Your Website Footer in Zibster
The HTML Block is a powerful tool for users who are comfortable working with code. In Zibster, the HTML Block allows you to embed custom HTML, display third-party badges or awards, and apply advanced styling that goes beyond standard Website Builder options.
This article walks you through how to add an HTML Block to your website footer and explains the available background and color settings.
Important Note About Support
Zibster Support can help you add the HTML Block and insert provided embed code for third-party content. However, we cannot troubleshoot or support third-party services or code that are not affiliated with Zibster.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Open The Footer Section
In the Website Builder, scroll to the bottom of your page list and click FOOTER. This opens the footer editing area.
STEP THREE
Add the HTML Block to your footer.
There are two ways to place the HTML Block:
-
Click to Add
On the right-hand side of the Website Builder, click the HTML Block icon. The block will be added to the bottom of your footer. -
Drag and Drop
Hover over the HTML Block icon, click and hold, then drag it into your preferred position. When a teal placement line appears, release your mouse to drop the block. You can reposition it later by dragging it up or down.
STEP FOUR
Click inside the HTML Block to open its settings and add or paste your HTML code.
Adjusting Colors
In the Colors section, you can customize background and button-related colors for the Images Block. Any changes made here override the global color settings set in the DESIGN tab.
Background Options
For the Images Block background, you can choose from the following:
-

-
Top Left – Aligns the image to the top-left corner
-
Centered – Centers the image in the available space
-
Cover – Scales the image to fully cover the background area
