How to Use the Marketing Dashboard in Zibster

Overview

The Marketing Dashboard in Zibster gives you a quick overview of your email marketing, pop-ups, automations, and campaign performance. You can use this dashboard to review how your campaigns are performing, monitor unsubscribe activity, see recent pop-up engagement, and track email automation activity.

Many areas of the Marketing Dashboard are interactive, so you can click graphs, campaign names, pop-up names, automation series names, and report links to view more detailed tracking information.

Accessing the Marketing Dashboard

Log into your Zibster account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.

This opens the Marketing Dashboard, where you can review your marketing activity for the selected year.

Understanding Your Marketing Dashboard

Once you are inside the Marketing Dashboard, you will see several sections that provide insight into your marketing activity. These sections help you review email campaign volume, email performance, pop-up activity, automation activity, and unsubscribes.

By default, the dashboard shows information for the current year. You can use the arrows next to the year to view marketing activity from previous years.

Dashboard Summary

The Dashboard Summary appears at the top of the Marketing Dashboard and gives you a quick snapshot of your marketing activity for the selected year.

The Dashboard Summary includes:

Campaign Emails Sent: The total number of emails sent through email marketing campaigns year to date.

Active Automations: The total number of active email automations in your account.

Active Pop-Ups: The total number of active pop-ups in your account.

Unsubscribes: The number of email contacts who have unsubscribed from your campaigns year to date.

Campaign Activity

This information appears in a bar chart. You can hover over any month to see the total number of campaign emails sent during that month. You can also click a month in the bar chart to open the tracking report for that month’s email marketing activity.

This is helpful when you want to compare campaign volume across the year or review activity from a specific month.

You can click the name or bar graph for any metric to open more detailed tracking reports.

This dashboard is especially helpful for reviewing:

• How often you are sending campaigns
• Which campaigns reached the most recipients
• How contacts are interacting with your emails
• Whether pop-ups are receiving views and clicks
• Which automations have recently sent emails
• How many contacts have unsubscribed from your email campaigns

Reviewing your Marketing Dashboard regularly can help you understand what is working, identify trends, and decide where to focus your next marketing efforts.
