Your forms can significantly streamline lead capture and tracking for Family + Friends. By including a Family + Friends field in your forms, anyone who submits that section will have their entries automatically linked to their contact profile. Clients can also add multiple Family + Friends in a single submission. Follow the steps below to add the Family + Friends field to a new or existing form.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.

Edit an Existing Form or Create a New Form
Choose whether to edit an existing form or create a new one.
STEP THREE
Add a Family + Friends Form Field
- Click on the CONTACTS section in the Form & Contract Builder on the right side.
- You'll find various options for capturing and storing client information, including the Family + Friends field.
Once added, clients will see the Family + Friends option in your form, allowing them to complete their information. Below is a sample of a referral form with two entries ready to be submitted.
After submission, you can view any Family + Friends entries under the Family + Friends tab in the contact profile.
