Accepting Online Payments with Zibster
Zibster integrates with several trusted payment providers, allowing you to accept credit and debit card payments on your Zibster Website, Scheduler, Forms, Services, and Invoicing tools. This guide explains which payment gateways you can use, how they work with your account, and important details about managing online payments.
Available Payment Providers
Zibster supports the following merchant providers for online payments:
- Square
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Authorize.net
- iTransact
- PayJunction
- Payflow Pro
You can sign up for and connect Stripe, Square, and iTransact directly through your Zibster eCommerce settings.
No Extra Fees from Zibster
Zibster does not charge any additional fees for processing payments. Each merchant provider has its own transaction rates, which will apply based on your selected gateway.
Using Multiple Payment Methods
You may offer more than one payment method to your customers; however, only one primary gateway for credit/debit card processing can be active at a time.
Primary credit/debit gateways include:
- Stripe
- Square
- Authorize.net
- iTransact
- PayJunction
- Payflow Pro
Additional Payment Options
You can also provide alternative payment methods:
- PayPal
- Offline payments (cash, in-person payments, Zelle, Venmo, etc.)
Important: Offline payments will mark an order as pending payment until you manually update the order status to paid inside your Zibster account.
PCI Compliance Certificate
Zibster provides a PCI Compliance Certificate for your account if you ever need to show proof to a bank, client, or institution.
To download your PCI certificate:

Click on the PCI Certificate link to download your documentation.
