When you send out Email Marketing campaigns to your lists and contacts, you'll have access to tracking reports for each campaign. These reports include details about bounced emails. A bounced email means that your email campaign was rejected by an email address as non-deliverable. This can happen for various reasons, such as the email being non-existent, suspended, undeliverable, blocked, or the recipient’s mailbox being full. This guide will walk you through how to remove an email address from your bounced list.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MARKETING in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on TRACKING at the top of your Marketing control panel.
STEP THREE
Select BOUNCED from the dropdown menu in the tracking options and click on RUN SEARCH to generate your bounced email report.
STEP FOUR
Click on the email address that is showing as bounced and that you’d like to remove from your bounced list.
STEP FIVE
Click on the PENCIL icon next to the bounced option on the contact's details.
FINAL STEP
Confirm that you'd like to remove the contact's email from the bounce list by checking the box and clicking on SAVE CHANGES.
After you’ve removed your contact’s email from the bounced list, the contact will be updated, and the bounced section will no longer appear.
Please Note: If your contact's email bounces again in the future, it will automatically return to the bounced list, and you'll need to repeat these steps.
