This guide will walk you through the steps to configure your Zibster Mailbox with Apple Mail on your OSX device (iMac, MacBook Pro, etc.).
Pro Tip: Before configuring your Zibster Mailbox on your OSX device, be sure to check for any available system updates via the App Store. OSX may require the latest updates to be installed for Apple Mail to function properly.
STEP ONE
Open Apple Mail on your device and click on Add Account.
STEP TWO
In the screen that asks to Choose a Mail account provider, click on the Other Mail account option and click continue.
STEP THREE
Complete the Add A Mail Account section.
- NAME: Enter Your Name
- EMAIL ADDRESS: Enter your full Zibster Mailbox email address
- PASSWORD: Enter the password you've created for your Zibster Mailbox email address.
Click on the SIGN IN button to advance the setup.
FINAL STEP
The last step is to completed the Account Type, Incoming Mail Server, and Outgoing Mail Server settings. Be sure they match the following:
- ACCOUNT TYPE: IMAP
- INCOMING MAIL SERVER: secure.emailsrvr.com
- OUTGOING MAIL SERVER: secure.emailsrvr.com
Click on SIGN IN and the set up will complete itself.
