How to Search for a Message in Your Zibster Mailbox
Zibster Mailbox lets you use a professional email address like you@yourdomain.com. If you need to quickly find an email in your inbox, you can use the search tools built directly into your webmail. This guide will show you how to search for messages in your Zibster Mailbox.
STEP ONE
Log into your Mailbox through webmail at https://mailbox.zibster.com
STEP TWO
Use the search bar in the upper-right corner of your webmail.
You can type keywords directly into the search bar, or click the arrow icon next to the search button to open advanced search options.
If you choose to use advanced search criteria, a menu will open where you can search using any of the following:
- Email From
- Email To
- Subject
- Body
- Search In (all folders or a specific folder)
- Doesn’t Contain
- Date Within
- Has Attachments
Click the SEARCH button in the lower-right corner of the search window to filter your mailbox messages.
