How to Use the Safe List in Your Zibster Mailbox
Your Zibster Mailbox includes built-in spam protection tools that help keep your inbox safe. One of these tools is the Safe List (also known as a whitelist). Adding an email address, domain, or IP address to your Safe List ensures messages from that sender always go directly to your inbox and are not filtered as spam. This is helpful for newsletters, trusted vendors, or any sender you want to receive without interruption.
By default, Zibster system notification servers are already included in your Safe List so you receive important account-related emails.

Additional Notes & Recommendations
- Only safelist senders you trust completely.
- To block unwanted senders, use the Block List inside your Spam Settings.
- If you are not receiving an expected email, check your Spam folder, Block List, and Safe List for potential issues.
- If you suspect phishing, do not click any links. Mark the message as spam and delete it.
- Rackspace (our email service provider) will never contact you directly about password or security issues. Any email claiming otherwise should be treated as suspicious.
