The Zibster Website Package includes ECommerce that allows you to sell your products, services, and more. You can also offer gift cards for sale to your clients to use towards their orders with you. This guide will show you how to view the available gift cards within your Zibster ECommerce setup.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECommerce in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of the page, hover over the SELL ONLINE option. Click on Gift Cards from the drop-down menu.
FINAL STEP
You will be directed to a screen displaying all the gift cards available in your ECommerce system.
Here, you can view details and additional information about each gift card.
- NUMBER: This is the gift card number that a customer can use within checkout of your Store. This number is automatically generated.
- DESCRIPTION: This field indicates either the customer who purchased your gift card through your Store or it contains a custom description that you entered for a gift card created manually.
- ORDER NO: If the gift card was purchased, an order number will display.
- STATUS: Displays if the gift card is active, pending, or used.
To edit a gift card, click on the Gift Card Number to access and modify its details.
