With Zibster, you can easily create gift cards to offer prepaid orders, credit balances towards purchases, contest prizes, scheduler services, and any other online purchase clients make with your ECommerce. This guide will walk you through how to create a gift card for your ECommerce.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over SELL ONLINE and select GIFT CARDS from the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the NEW GIFT CARD button.
STEP FOUR
Enter the following details:
- AMOUNT: The dollar value of the gift card.
- DESCRIPTION: Purpose of the gift card creation.
Click on ADD GIFT CARD to generate the gift card.
You'll receive a confirmation message once your gift card has been successfully created.
The gift card will be added to your gift card list, which includes detailed information:
- Number: Unique identifier used during checkout.
- Description: Internal reference for your records.
- Order No: Associated order number if purchased.
- Created: Date of creation.
- Amount: Monetary value.
- Balance: Remaining value available.
- Status: Active or inactive.
PRO TIP!
You can edit the gift card number for easier customer use by clicking on the number and modifying it on the next screen.
STEP FIVE
To send the gift card to your client, click on RESEND to email it directly. Alternatively, copy the gift card number to send via email, text, etc.
To delete a gift card, select the checkbox next to the gift card number, then click DELETE above the gift card list. Confirm deletion by clicking YES, DELETE IT.
