When selling gift cards on your store, you can turn on automated emails to send customers their e-gift cards.
To get started, mouse over SELL ONLINE and select GIFT CARDS. Select the PREFERENCES tab at the top of this section. You have the ability to turn on or off the automated email for customers who purchase gift cards by selecting yes or no from the drop down menu, we recommend you select YES.
You can even personalize the email subject and message that goes out as a part of the automated email by entering text in the gift card subject and gift card message fields. After you update the text, make sure to click the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the page.
