If your customers see the error message "key [LOCATIONID] doesn’t exist" when trying to make a payment, don’t worry! This just means your Square integration needs to be updated. Follow these quick steps to reconnect your Square merchant and get everything running smoothly.
STEP ONE
Log In to Your Zibster Account

Go to Zibster.com and log in.

In the left-side menu, click ECOMMERCE.
STEP TWO
Open Your Merchant Settings

At the top of your control panel, click PAYMENT.

From the drop-down menu, select MERCHANTS.
STEP THREE
Select Your Square Merchant

Click on the name of your Square merchant.

It’s usually labeled "Credit Card - Square."

STEP FOUR
Reconnect Square

On this page, click the Reconnect button.
STEP FIVE
Log In & Update Permissions

A new window will open with instructions.

Log in to your Square account.
Square will ask you to update permissions so Zibster can access your merchant information and process payments. Click ALLOW to confirm.
Once you do this, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know your connection was successful. 🎉
FINAL STEP
Activate Your Merchant & Save Changes

Back in your Zibster Merchant Settings, look for the "Active" option.

Select YES to activate your Square merchant.

Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.
If everything is set up correctly, you’ll now see your Location ID on this page.
