How to Set Sender Information for an Email Marketing Campaign in Zibster
Email Marketing in Zibster allows you to control exactly how your campaign appears in your subscribers’ inboxes. Setting the correct From Name, From Email Address, and Email Subject ensures your emails look professional and are easily recognized by your audience. This guide walks you through updating the sender information before sending your campaign.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Email Campaign title you want to send or create a new Email Marketing campaign. If you have multiple pages or categories of email campaigns, you can use the search bar to find the campaign you want to edit and send.
STEP THREE
Once the campaign page opens, click the Send button located at the top right corner of the page.
STEP FOUR
You will then need to select the contacts you want to send the email to. After selecting your contacts, click on Continue to proceed to the Sender Info section.
FINAL STEP
In the Sender Info section, you can update the sender information as needed. This includes the following:
- FROM NAME
- FROM EMAIL ADDRESS
- EMAIL SUBJECT
Once you've entered the information you want to appear as the sender, click on the SEND button to send out your email marketing campaign.
