How to Send an Email Marketing Campaign in Zibster
The Zibster Website Package includes 10,000 monthly marketing emails, allowing you to easily connect with your lists, leads, followers, and clients. Follow the steps below to send a professional email campaign using your Zibster account.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
In the Email Campaigns area, select the campaign you want to send, or click New Campaign to create a new one.
STEP THREE
Add Your Content
Upload images, adjust your layout, and write your message to match the goal of your email.
You can use Ask Zibster AI to automatically generate customized text, or you can write your own content — the choice is yours.
To Generate Content with Ask Zibster AI:

Click the Text Editor block.

Click the Ask Zibster AI button in the top-right corner of the editor.

With one click, Ask Zibster AI will use your Business Profile and content to create professional, on-brand copy directly in your text block.

If your block already contains content, Ask Zibster AI will reference your existing text to generate relevant updates or enhancements.
STEP FOUR
Click SEND in the top-right corner of the email campaign interface.
STEP FIVE
Choose who will receive your email campaign. You’ll see two sections:
Select Contacts
Choose recipients from one of the following options:

All Contacts: Send to your entire contact list.

By Type: Select by contact type — Customers, Leads, or Vendors.

Customers are people who have made purchases.

Leads are people who have submitted a form.

Vendors are contacts you’ve specifically designated as such.

By Tag: Send to contacts grouped by tag. Tags can be added manually or automatically through forms.

Custom: Enter a list of email addresses manually or import a .CSV file.
Exclude Contacts
You can exclude certain contacts to refine your audience. For example, if targeting leads, you might exclude customers or vendors.
Zibster will automatically exclude unsubscribed and bounced email addresses.
Pro Tip
Send your test email to multiple inboxes (such as Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail) and preview it on both desktop and mobile devices. This ensures your design, formatting, and links look perfect across all platforms.

FINAL STEP
Complete the sender information before sending:

From Name: The name that will appear as the sender.

From Email Address: The address where replies will be directed.

Email Subject: The subject line of your campaign.
Check the box confirming that all recipients have consented to receive your emails, then click SEND to launch your campaign.
After sending, Zibster will process your campaign and generate a tracking report showing open rates, click rates, and overall performance.
