How to Create and Customize an Email Campaign in Zibster
Email marketing in Zibster allows you to stay connected with your clients, promote your services, and drive traffic to your website. Using the Zibster Marketing feature and Ask Zibster AI, you can create professional email campaigns, customize the design to match your brand, and track engagement such as opens and clicks.
This guide walks you through creating a new email campaign, building your content, customizing the design, and preparing your campaign for delivery.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster dashboard and click MARKETING in the left-side menu. This opens the Marketing dashboard where you manage all email campaigns.
STEP TWO
Click NEW CAMPAIGN to begin.
You may be prompted to choose or create a category. Categories help organize your campaigns and keep your dashboard clean.
STEP THREE
Choose Your Layout or Template
The right-side menu will open.
You can:
- Start with a blank layout
- Select a pre-built email template
Templates are organized by purpose, such as promotions, announcements, reminders, or seasonal campaigns.
Click on a template to preview it, then click SELECT to begin editing.
STEP FOUR
Add Content Blocks
Use the drag-and-drop email builder to build your message. You can add and rearrange blocks to structure your campaign clearly.
Common block types include:
- Title Block – For headlines or section titles
- Text Editor Block – For your main message and text
- Images Block – To showcase photos or graphics
- Divider Block – To create spacing between sections
- Button Block – For calls-to-action such as “Book Now” or “View Services”
Click directly into any block to edit its content.
STEP FIVE
Use Ask Zibster AI in the Text Editor Block
The Text Editor Block includes Ask Zibster AI to help you generate content quickly.
When editing a Text Editor Block, you can:
- Enter a short prompt describing your campaign (for example, “Spring mini session promotion email”)
- Generate a complete draft in seconds
- Rewrite or improve existing text
- Adjust tone to be more formal, friendly, or promotional
- Create clear calls-to-action
You can edit and customize the AI-generated content at any time to match your voice and branding.
STEP SIX
Add Images to Your Campaign
The Images Block allows you to:
- Upload images
- Add images from your clipboard
- Use the stock image library
You can add alt text for accessibility.
You can also link images so they are clickable and direct clients to a specific page you are promoting.
Click SAVE CHANGES to update your image block.
STEP SEVEN
Configure Campaign Settings
Click the SETTINGS button in the upper right corner of the campaign builder.
The right-side menu will open with the following options:
Page Name
Change the internal name of your email campaign. This also generates the URL if you plan to share the campaign on social media.
Display Global Footer
Enable this option to display your branding information in the footer of your email marketing campaign.
Additional Footer (Optional)
Add specific footer content for this individual email campaign.
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.
STEP EIGHT
Customize the Design and Colors
Click the DESIGN button in the upper right corner of the campaign builder.
The right-side menu will open with styling options.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your selections.
Colors
In the right-side menu, click the COLORS tab.
You can customize the color scheme used in your email campaign. Click the color square to select a color or enter a 6-digit hex code.
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates.
Important: The Marketing tool uses email-safe fonts to ensure compatibility across different email platforms. Website Builder fonts are not available in email campaigns.

Review and Send Your Campaign
Before sending your campaign:
- Review all text for clarity and accuracy
- Confirm that all links are correct
- Make sure your branding and images display properly
- Verify your call-to-action is clear
You can send yourself a test email before sending it to your contact list.
