Zibster's Website Package includes Mood Boards that allow you to create private, password-protected galleries to share with your clients. Your clients can browse, make selections, leave comments, and more within the project. As your clients interact with their images, you can easily track their activity within the project, including what they have favorited, downloaded, commented on, etc. This guide will walk you through how to search and view a specific client's activity with their images.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MOOD BOARDS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY at the top of the Mood Boards control panel.
STEP THREE
You can view activity from clients who have accessed their mood board events and see details for the following:
- FAVORITES
- COMMENTS
- DOWNLOADS
- CREATED
To search for a specific client, type the client's name into the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard.
You can click on the activity to view details of your client's interactions.
Important Note: If the activity shows all 0's for Favorites, Comments, and Downloads, it means the client logged in but did not mark any favorites, leave comments, or download any images.
Your client activity report will display any favorites, comments, single downloads, or bulk downloads that your client has added.
