How to See Which Images Clients Download from Your Mood Boards
This guide will show you how to view the images your clients download from the Mood Boards you share with them. In Zibster, the Activity section helps you track both the number of downloads and the specific files each client has accessed.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and in the left-hand menu, click on Mood Boards.
STEP TWO
Open the Activity Section
At the top of the Mood Boards control panel, click on Activity.
STEP THREE
View Client Download Details
In the Activity section, you’ll see a list of contacts.
Click on a contact’s name, email address, or the number in the Downloads column next to their name.
Then, click on Downloads to view the files they downloaded.
What You Can See
In the Downloads view, you’ll find:
Single File Downloads
A list of which individual images a client has downloaded.
Bulk Downloads
Details showing whether a client downloaded all images or a large batch at once.
This information helps you understand which files are most popular and how your clients are interacting with your Mood Boards.
