Your Mood Board tool includes an activity tracker for you to see who is accessing and interacting with your projects. If they tag a favorite, leave a comment, or download an image, they are required to provide an email address. Data is then tracked based on the email address that is provided.
You can view this information from the MOOD BOARD control panel, by clicking on the ACTIVITY tag.
Here you will find a list of contacts. You can see which project they visited, how many FAVORITES they flagged, how many COMMENTS they left, as well as how many images they DOWNLOADED. You can also see when they created their account and when they last had activity in the project.
You can click on the contact name or email address to see their activity in more detail. You can also click on the number under one of the activity columns (favorites, comments, or downloads) to see that specific activity.
FAVORITES
The first tab that will show when you click on a customer's name or email address is the FAVORITES tab. Here, you'll be able to see the thumbnail images that have been marked as favorites.
You can also EXPORT and/or PRINT your customer's list of favorites from this page.
COMMENTS
The second tab is for COMMENTS. Here, you can see the comments left by viewers and reply to the comments if needed.
DOWNLOADS
The last tab is DOWNLOADS. Here, you'll be able to see the thumbnail images that have been downloaded by this particular viewer.
You can also EXPORT and/or PRINT your customer's list of downloaded images from this page.
