How Email Collection Affects Activity Tracking
Mood Board activity is tied to an email address.
-
If a visitor enters an email address when viewing or interacting with the Mood Board, all activity is tracked under that email.
-
If no email address is provided, only limited activity may be recorded.
-
Activity tracking begins once an email address is submitted.
Understanding Zero or Missing Activity
If a contact appears in the activity list but shows zero interactions, the viewer opened the Mood Board but did not take any tracked actions such as liking an image or leaving a comment.
If no activity appears at all, one of the following applies:
-
The Mood Board has not been accessed
-
The viewer did not provide an email address
-
No trackable actions were taken
Important Notes About Mood Boards
