You can absolutely copy an existing invoice to send to another client! The copy feature on our Invoicing tool is a great way to "work smarter, not harder" and send an existing invoice to another client without having to re-enter all of the same information.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on QUOTES & INVOICES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on INVOICES at the top, center of the Quotes and Invoices control panel.
FINAL STEP
Click on the COPY button on the right side of the Invoice you want to create a copy of.
By default, a copied invoice will have the customer information of the original invoice, so make sure to update the contact before sending if it needs to go to a different person.
Follow the steps outlined in the control panel and click on send invoice to email it to your customer.
