Zibster Quotes & Invoices lets you easily send a quote for your products/services out to a potential client and once approved, turn that quote into an invoice that can be paid online. This guide will walk you through the steps of turning a quote into an invoice.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on QUOTES & INVOICES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the QUOTE NUMBER for the quote that your client has approved.
STEP THREE
Click on the STATUS button at the top right of the Quote.
FINAL STEP
Review your QUOTE SETTINGS to generate your Invoice. This will include the following options before you send the invoice to your client.
- Payment Due Date - the date by your client needs to pay the Invoice.
- Allowing Partial Payments - Yes or No
- Send Invoice Email? - Check box to send out an invoice email to your client upon invoice creation
Click on the CREATE INVOICE button to generate your invoice and send out an email to your client if you checked the box.
You'll have a confirmation screen that your invoice has been sent after you click the CREATE INVOICE button.
