Zibster integrates with different merchants to allow you to accept payments through your Store, Scheduler, and Invoicing. This guide will walk you through how to configure your Zibster account to use your PayPal account as one of your merchant options.
Please Note: Zibster is not affiliated with PayPal or any other merchant service, we integrate with their services so you can easily use them to accept payments for your business. For account specific questions about your merchant services (including billing, technical questions, refunds, etc.), you'll want to contact PayPal Support directly.
For any transactions processed by PayPal that you need to issue a refund for, you'll need to log into your PayPal account to process them directly back to your customer.
For instructions on how to setup PayPal's payment gateway, Payflow Pro, you'll want to refer to our how to guide.

STEP FIVE

- Which items you'd like PayPal to be an active merchant for (Store, Invoicing, and/or Forms)
- Special Instructions
- Thank You Message
Click on ADD MERCHANT once you've completed the fields and PayPal will now be available as a payment method for your customers.
Pro Tip: When using PayPal as your merchant, your clients will be redirected from your website to the PayPal checkout for payment processing, this can potential impact your shopping cart conversion rate. It's best practice to include a message to your clients in "Special Instructions" advising them they're going to a secure and encrypted 3rd party website (PayPal) that will process their payment. It's also helpful to indicate that checking out does not require a PayPal account to use their credit/debit card.
If you prefer to have your clients enter their credit card information directly into your checkout without going through the PayPal website, you can consider using Payflow Pro, which is PayPal's Payment Gateway integration, or another merchant such as Square or Stripe for payment processing.
You can set up as many payment methods as you'd like. If you add multiple merchants, your customers will be able to choose between the different merchant options you have available. Most often, companies will give a choice between "Pay by Credit Card" (using the Stripe, Square, or one of the other merchant integrations) and "Pay via PayPal". To learn more about other payment merchant set ups that are available, check out our merchant guide.
