How to Cancel a Client’s Appointment in the Zibster Scheduler
If you need to cancel a client’s appointment, you can easily do so in your Zibster Scheduler. This ensures your schedule stays accurate and your client is notified right away.
Important Note:
If the appointment includes a payment or deposit, a refund is not issued automatically. You’ll need to log in to your connected merchant account to manually process any refund.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your Scheduler control panel, hover over TRACKING and click APPOINTMENTS.
Use the calendar to locate the correct appointment, then click the Service / Time to open its details.
STEP THREE
Review the appointment details.
If everything looks correct, click CANCEL.
FINAL STEP
Read the Appointment Cancellation confirmation carefully, then click YES, CANCEL THIS APPOINTMENT.

- You are about to cancel this appointment, this action
cannot be undone. - If your appointment had an online payment, this action
will not issue your client a refund. This will have to be
done through your merchant. - Canceling this appointment will make this time slot
available again.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Reporting: The appointment will appear as Canceled in your Appointments report.
Client Notification: The client automatically receives a cancellation email at the address they used when booking.
