How to Change Your Template in Zibster
One of the best features of Zibster is that you can change your website template anytime — at no extra cost!
All of your content automatically flows into the new design, so there’s no need to rebuild your site from scratch.
This guide walks you through how to browse templates and switch to a new design when you’re ready for a fresh new look.
💡 Pro Tip
Your template mainly controls:
- The style and placement of your menu
- Where your logo and social icons appear
- Whether your site is full-screen or boxed
Changing your template doesn’t change your actual page content — like photos, text, or builder blocks. You can always fine-tune your design with block settings or by adding pre-designed pages!
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
Click on DESIGN at the top of your Website Builder control panel.
STEP THREE
On the upper-right side of the Design screen, click on CHANGE TEMPLATE.
STEP FOUR
On the right side menu, you’ll see your current template.
You can click Add New Templates to explore the full Zibster template catalog.
Every template is included with your membership — try as many as you like!
STEP FIVE
Browse all available designs.
The newest templates are listed first so you can stay on trend.
Click Sample to preview a template on a sample site — it even works on mobile!
Once you find a design you like, click Add to bring it into your account.
💡 Pro Tip
After adding a template to your control panel, you can preview it using your own website content before making it live!
CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN SETTINGS
After adding a new template, you’ll be prompted to pick one of two design settings:
- Keep My Current Settings – Retains your current fonts, colors, and styling.
- Use New Template Settings – Applies the default styling of the new template.
Choose whichever option fits your design goals.
FINAL STEP
Apply Your New Template
In the YOUR TEMPLATES section, you’ll see all templates you’ve added to your account.
Each template offers two options:
- Preview – See how your current site content would look in the new design.
- Save – Apply the new template to your live website.
🛠 Optional: Rename or Delete Templates
To rename or delete a template, hover over it and click the pencil icon (rename) or trashcan icon (delete).
🎨 Customize Your New Look
Once your new template is applied, you can continue building by:
- Adjusting your fonts and colors
- Organizing your pages and blocks
- Adding animations for page loads, image hovers, and buttons
