How to Add a Privacy Policy Page to Your Zibster Website

You can easily add a privacy policy page to your Zibster website using the Website Builder. Having a privacy policy helps build trust with your visitors and ensures your business complies with data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Zibster does not create or provide privacy policies for businesses. If you don’t already have one, you can use a free privacy policy generator such as https://www.freeprivacypolicy.com

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click NEW PAGE and select the Blank Page option.
This will create a new page where you can paste or type your privacy policy text.

Add New Page

Select Blank Page

STEP THREE

Title the page Privacy Policy.
If you don’t want it to appear in your main website navigation, set the page visibility to Hidden/Disabled.

Click CREATE PAGE to add your new privacy policy page to your website builder.

STEP FOUR

Add a Text Editor Block and select the Blank option to your Privacy Policy page.

Add Text Editor

Choose Blank Block

FINAL STEP

Add the title PRIVACY POLICY and then paste or type your privacy policy text into the Text area.
When finished, click SAVE CHANGES.

Pro Tip

A popular place to link your privacy policy is in your website footer. You can add the link by editing your footer tagline or footer sitemap.

Good To Know

Having a privacy policy on your website can also support your SEO and help build trust with visitors. While it doesn’t directly improve keyword rankings, it shows Google and your audience that your business is credible and transparent.

Search engines and ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads often require a privacy policy for compliance and trustworthiness. Including one can improve your site’s overall authority and user confidence, which are important factors in long-term SEO success.
