The Zibster Website Package allows you to create additional users for your account without sharing your login credentials. For your security, we use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This guide will walk you through how to change the 2FA method for a user profile in your Zibster account.
Important Note: For clients outside the US, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is based on your email address.
STEP ONE
An administrator can log in and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top of the My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER NAME to access the User Profile.
FINAL STEP
You can include a 10-digit phone number OR select the User's email address as the two-factor authentication (2FA). Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the right-side menu to apply the 2FA method to the user account.
