The Zibster Website Package allows you to create additional users for your account without sharing your login credentials. For your security, we use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This guide will walk you through adding a phone number or email address to your user profile for 2FA if you haven't set it up already.
Note: For clients outside the US, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is based on your email address.
STEP ONE
An administrator can log in and click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on USERS at the top of the My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the USER NAME to access the User Profile.
STEP FOUR
Enter the phone number or select email address for the user to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and click Save Changes at the bottom of the user account to update.
