Zibster Account Verification Requirements
To protect your account and personal information, Zibster Support uses a 3-step verification process. We are required to verify your account every time you contact Support before we can discuss or make changes to your account.
In addition, clients must have a verified account to use Email Invitations and Zibster AI tools.
What You’ll Need to Verify Your Account
When you call Zibster Support, please have the following ready:
1. Your Account ID Number
You’ll find this in the top-right corner of your Zibster Control Panel after logging in.
2. The First & Last Name on the Account
This must match the name associated with the account owner or authorized user.
3. The Last Four Digits of the Credit Card or PIN on File
You can locate this in the top-right corner of your Control Panel next to your Account ID.
Important Note for First-Time Verification
If this is the first time we’re verifying your account in order to:

launch your website

register a new domain

set up a new mailbox
- utilize Ask Zibster AI tools
…then please call from the phone number listed on your account. This helps us complete verification quickly and securely.
