When you call in for assistance with your account, we do have a 3 step verification process that is required before we can provide information specific to your account.
Each time you call in you will need to provide the following information:
1. The ACCOUNT ID number. This can be found in the top right corner of your control panel after you log in.
2. The first and last name associated with the account.
3. The last four digits of the credit card on file. This can be found by clicking on the menu icon at the top right corner and selecting the option for ACCOUNT and choosing ACCOUNT DETAILS and PAYMENT METHOD.
