How to View and Print Your Zibster Billing History and Receipts
Overview
Your Zibster Billing History allows you to review past payments, open receipts, and print or save copies for your records. This is helpful when you need a receipt for your Zibster membership, domain services, email services, custom services, or other account purchases.
This guide walks you through how to search your Billing History, open a specific receipt, and print or save a PDF copy from your Zibster control panel.
Zibster does not issue manual invoices for automatic membership billing. Instead, your membership is automatically charged to the card on file, and your Billing History provides receipts for completed payments.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
This opens your account settings, where you can manage billing details, account information, users, and related account tools.
STEP TWO
Hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS at the top of the My Account control panel.
In the dropdown menu, click HISTORY.
This opens your Billing History section, where you can search for previous payments and purchases connected to your account.
STEP THREE
Use the date picker to select the date range you want to review.
After selecting your date range, click SEARCH to display payments made during that time period.
STEP FOUR
Find the transaction you want to review.
Click the Order Number for that transaction to open the receipt details.
FINAL STEP
Click the PRINT button to open a detailed PDF receipt.
From there, you can print the receipt for your records or save a digital copy to your computer. Once saved, you can use the receipt for bookkeeping, tax records, or internal business documentation.

Zibster sends an email notification each time your membership is billed or a service is purchased. If you need a copy of a payment record, you can use either the email notification or the receipt available in your Billing History.
Zibster memberships are billed automatically to the card on file. Depending on your account setup, your membership may bill monthly or annually. If the card on file fails, you can update your payment method and continue billing with the new card.
Pro Services and other account purchases may be purchased through your Zibster control panel. During checkout, you can use the card currently saved on file or enter a different credit or debit card for that purchase. If you enter a different card, you may have the option to save it as the new card on file or use it only for that purchase.
Each Zibster account can have one saved card on file at a time. Credit and debit cards are the accepted payment methods for Zibster.
Some customers may refer to Billing History records as invoices, but they are receipts for payments that have already been processed. Zibster does not issue manual invoices for automatic membership billing.
If you do not see the receipt you are looking for, adjust the date range and search again. The transaction may be outside the original dates you selected.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Why do I not see a specific payment?
The most common reason is that the selected date range does not include the payment date. Try expanding the date range and click SEARCH again.
Can I save a receipt instead of printing it?
Yes. After clicking PRINT, your receipt opens as a PDF. You can use your browser or computer’s print options to save it as a PDF instead of printing a paper copy.
Is my Billing History the same as an invoice?
Not exactly. Your Billing History shows receipts for payments that have already been processed. Zibster memberships are automatically charged to the card on file, so these records are payment receipts rather than manual invoices.
Will I receive an email when I am billed?
Yes. Zibster sends an email notification each time your membership is billed or a service is purchased. You can keep that email for your records or use Billing History to print or save a receipt later.
