How to Sync Your Zibster Scheduler with Apple Calendar
The Zibster Scheduler makes it simple to manage your appointments and stay organized by syncing your schedule directly with your Apple Calendar. Follow the steps below to set it up in just a few minutes.
Important to Know:
- This is a one-way sync. Changes made in your Apple Calendar will not update in your Zibster Scheduler.
- The sync includes appointments scheduled up to one year in advance.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click SCHEDULER from the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on CALENDAR FEED at the top, center of the Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Highlight and copy your Calendar Feed Link — you’ll use it in the next steps.
STEP FOUR
Open Your Apple Calendar
- Open the Apple Calendar app on your computer.
- In the top menu, click File, then select New Calendar Subscription.
STEP FIVE
- In the pop-up window, paste the Calendar Feed link you copied from your Zibster Scheduler.
- Click Subscribe to add your Zibster Scheduler to your Apple Calendar.
Your Zibster appointments will now appear automatically in your Apple Calendar!
A Few More Tips:
- Review & Manage Your Sync: Apple Calendar checks for updates periodically, so new bookings may take a short time to appear.
- Make Changes in Zibster: Always edit, reschedule, or cancel appointments from your Zibster Scheduler. Changes made directly in Apple Calendar will not sync back to Zibster.
