Zibster Scheduler allows your clients to book sessions online, and you can easily integrate these appointments into your daily calendar tools. If you use Microsoft Outlook Calendar, your Zibster Scheduler can automatically feed appointments directly into your calendar. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a sync from your Zibster Scheduler to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
Please note: This is a one-way sync, so any changes you make in your personal calendar will not be reflected in your Zibster Scheduler. The feed includes appointments up to a year in the future.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on CALENDAR FEED at the top, center of the Scheduler control panel.
STEP THREE
Highlight and copy the CALENDAR FEED link. You're going to paste this into your Outlook Calendar in the following steps.
STEP FOUR
Sign in to your account with outlook.com. Click on the CALENDAR on the side menu of icons.
STEP FIVE
Click on the ADD CALENDAR option in your calendar settings.
FINAL STEP
Paste your feed link from your PhotoBiz Scheduler dashboard, Outlook will give you some configuration options for Name, Color, Icons, etc.
Click Import. Now your Zibster Scheduler will be active on your personal calendar.
Now you can manage your appointments more efficiently. If you need to cancel or modify events that were created through the Zibster Scheduler, make those changes directly in your Zibster Scheduler control panel. These updates will sync to your calendar, but any changes made in the calendar will not be reflected back in the Zibster Scheduler, as the sync is one-way.
