You can now integrate your appointments directly into your daily calendar tools. If you use Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar, you can now have your appointments feed directly to your calendar from your Zibster Scheduling tool. This guide will walk you through how to add your Zibster Scheduler Feed to your Google Calendar.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.

Click on CALENDAR FEED at the top, center of the Scheduler control panel.

Highlight and copy the CALENDAR FEED link. You're going to paste this into your Google Calendar in the following steps.

Open your Google Calendar from a web browser (Google Chrome is recommend), and click the + icon next to Other Calendars. You will be given a few options, select From URL. In this section, paste your feed link from your PhotoBiz Scheduler dashboard, then click Add Calendar. Now your PhotoBiz Scheduler will be active on your personal calendar.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Google Calendar controls how often it syncs. Google Calendar synchronization occurs on an hourly basis, which can cause a delay of up to 12 hours before appointments appear on your calendar.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is a one-way sync, any changes you make in your Google calendar will not be reflected in your Zibster Scheduler. You'll want to use the Time Off feature to block off conflicting appointments in your scheduler. The feed includes dates up to a year in the future.
Now you can see your appointments with even more ease. If you need to cancel or change your events on your calendar that were generated by the Zibster Scheduler, please make those updates in your Zibster Scheduler control panel. The updates will sync from there to the calendar but not from the calendar to the Zibster platform (it is a one-way sync).
