Understanding Passwords for Mood Board Events
Each Mood Board event in your Zibster account must have its own unique password. This ensures your clients can easily and securely access the correct event every time.
Why Do Passwords Need to Be Unique?
When clients visit your Mood Boards login page (usually at yourdomain.com/moodboards), they enter a password to access their specific event.
If two events shared the same password, the system would not know which event to open.
Requiring a unique password for each event guarantees clients are always taken to the correct project.
What Clients See
On the Mood Boards login page, your clients will simply enter their event password. Once submitted, they will be taken directly into their private, password-protected event to view their images.
