To update your company information that shows up in the Conversations that you have with your contacts in your account, you will want to first navigate to the "Branding" section of your account. "Branding" is located within the side menu of your account.
Once you are in the Branding section, scroll down until you see the fields for Company Name, Company Address, Company Phone, and Company Website. Information in those fields will appear in the "Conversations" you have with your clients.
