You will get notifications from your Zibster account depending on which of your products you are actively using. Notifications can include any of the following:
- Billing/Membership Emails
- Form Submissions
- Order Notifications
- Appointments
- Mood Board Comments/Favorites
- Blog Comments
- Conversations
Sometimes your email provider may incorrectly treat these messages as spam. The best way to prevent this from happening is to add the following Zibster notification server address as a contact/address book entry in your email service:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com
You can also add zibster.com to your safe sender list if your email provider supports that feature. Additionally, you can create a filter in your email program so that notifications do not go to spam.
PRO TIP!
All notifications are also captured and stored in your Zibster account with your CRM, so you can easily find them on the home page of your Zibster account if you miss a notification email.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
At Zibster, we send email notifications for various purposes, such as membership renewals, form submissions, mood board activities, eCommerce orders, scheduled appointments, and more. We also use email validation to prevent our email servers from being marked as spam. If an email address rejects our notification email, it's automatically marked as non-deliverable and added to a list of bounced emails. This helps maintain our email server's reputation by ensuring we don't send emails to invalid addresses.
If you haven't been receiving Zibster notification emails recently, please reach out to us via phone or live chat. We can check if your email address is marked as non-deliverable and help restore your notifications.
