How to Start a Conversation from an Email Notification in Zibster
The Conversations feature is part of the Studio Management section included with your Zibster Website Package. Conversations allow you to communicate directly with your clients or leads through your Zibster account. This guide will walk you through how to start a new conversation from your email notifications.
STEP ONE
Log into the email inbox you use for your Zibster form submissions, or open the email on your device.
STEP TWO
Each form submission email notification includes a START CONVERSATION button. Click or tap this button to quickly reply to your client’s message.
STEP THREE
Edit the subject and message as needed, then click Send to reply to the inquiry. This will automatically create a new conversation within your Zibster account and link it to the contact going forward.
