How to Customize Your Gift Card Email in Zibster
Zibster Website Package includes built-in ECommerce tools that allow you to sell products, services, packages, and gift cards online. When customers purchase a gift card through your Zibster Store, the system can automatically email the gift card details to them. This guide will show you how to customize the automated email your customers receive.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top center of the ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE and select GIFT CARDS from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
In the upper-right corner of the Gift Cards control panel, click on the gear icon.
FINAL STEP
Use the settings in the right-side menu to customize your automated gift card email:
- AUTOMATED EMAIL: Choose Yes or No to send an automatic email with gift card details.
- GIFT CARD SUBJECT: Enter the subject line for the gift card email.
- GIFT CARD MESSAGE: Add the thank-you message that will appear in the email.
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to apply your updates.
