How to Update Email Notifications for Contact Page Submissions in Zibster
When using the Zibster Form & Contract Builder, you can receive email notifications whenever someone submits a form on your website. By default, these notifications are sent to the email address you use to log into your account.
If you’d like to use a different email address—or multiple email addresses—for your form submission notifications, you can easily make that change in your control panel.
Important Note: If you are not receiving form notifications, be sure to add emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com to your email contacts or safe sender list to prevent messages from being marked as spam.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the specific form you want to update.
Good To Know: If you have multiple categories or pages of forms in your form editor, you can use the search bar and type the name of the form you're looking for to easily locate it.
STEP THREE
Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen and choose Settings.
STEP FOUR
Under Email Notification, enter the desired email address. Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
PRO TIP:
If you’d like notifications to go to more than one email address, simply separate each address with a comma.
