How to Update Your Contact & Billing Information in Zibster
Overview
Your billing information in Zibster is used for membership renewals and other account-related payments. Keeping this information current helps prevent failed payments and ensures your account records match the billing details associated with the credit or debit card used for your Zibster membership.
This guide explains how to update your billing information inside your Zibster account.
STEP ONE
Log in to the Zibster account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
This opens the account management area, where you can update the login, billing, and payment information associated with the account.
STEP TWO
At the top of the My Account dashboard, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS.
Click BILLING INFO from the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
Update your billing information as needed.
The information entered here should match the billing details associated with the credit or debit card used for your Zibster membership. If the information does not match your card issuer’s records, your membership renewal payment may fail on your next billing date.
You can update the following fields:
- Company
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Address
- City
- ZIP Code
- Country
- State/Province
- Website
- Industry
FINAL STEP
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
Your updated billing information will be saved in your Zibster account and used for future membership payments.

Billing Information vs. Payment Method
Your billing information includes the name, address, and contact details associated with your account billing records.
Updating your billing information does not replace or update the credit or debit card used for your Zibster membership. To use a different card, you must update your payment method separately in your account billing settings.

Billing Information vs. Public Branding
The information entered in the Billing Info section is used for account and payment purposes.
To change the information displayed on your website, forms, invoices, or Mood Boards, update your public-facing business information in your Branding settings. Updating your billing information does not automatically change your public branding.

Why did my payment fail after I updated my billing information?
A payment may fail if the billing information entered in Zibster does not match the information associated with your credit or debit card.
Review the name, address, ZIP code, country, and state or province to make sure they match the billing details provided by your card issuer.
You should also confirm that the card on file has not expired and that sufficient funds or available credit are available.
Does updating my billing information change the card on file?
No. Updating your billing information does not change your saved credit or debit card.
You must update your payment method separately if you want to use a different card for your Zibster membership.
